Wendell has exploded in the past 2 years or so since that neighborhood went in. 

Now they have different leadership in government and the growth is exploding. 

It had food exploded all over the kitchen walls & ceilings as the owner would simply heat cans of food on the decrepit gas stove.

If we all had 20/20 foresight, we’d just buy Apple or amazon or Microsoft or google stock with 50-100% annual returns sometimes and live our normal lives while our investments exploded in value.

We have two options as I see it (since I want to keep this in the family).  1) Find a long-term tenant or 2) fix it up a bit more and do the short term tenant thing that is exploding right now.

I live right outside of Boston in Somerville which is absolutely exploding right now in house prices.

We had some of my SFH homes on there (some I still have as rentals if you can believe it) and even some of my Montrose stuff which has EXPLODED in price. 

The prices are probably starting to dip because they have been exploding for like forever.

@Jason Ma my right hand was recently on a call with an out of state investor (I believe it was a guy from CA) who exploded with laughter when she told him how easy it was to evict people here.
