I recommend you figure out what you want to do, then actually do it to see if you enjoy it, have some skills, etc.

It is not very difficult or complicated to evaluate commercial real estate, there are plenty of good books available that can teach you how, textbooks, online courses, community college classes, even excellent youtube videos etc, and it is actually quite enjoyable in the process to learn.

I'm great at reading people - that comes with playing millions of poker hands in my life - if my gut tells me things do not sound right then I pull away.But a scammer has to expose himself/herself because they don't wanna hang around forever.

There are landlords who are proud to own properties while offering their communities a nice and safe place to live (and enjoying the benefits of having someone else pay for your appreciating asset).

So I want to make it an enjoyable and comfortable experience but I dont want to spend too much

I know many people that have suffered big losses recently, but I also know many people that have enjoyed big successes in Dubai real estate. 

Although I’m just getting started, luckily I've being able to invest in 2 mutli-family properties in New Jersey, it was a lot of work but I really enjoyed it.
