They’re worried about 1-2 degree warming, I own property in MN and I won’t live there until it’s 10 degrees warmer. :-)If Vegas was 2 degrees warmer nobody would notice.

The interior is finished with pine paneling to give a warm and inviting feeling of cozy comfort. 

   - Take care of the property, be responsive and professional and warm to the tenant, protect your information, name number address etc as much as possible on all forms and websites without appearing to be hiding something. 

I would maybe use them as an appt setter and have them call the leads with 3-5 questions and move the warm lead to you then.

I am getting between 0 to 1 "warm" leads per day.
