sorry you're hearing crickets on this one - i think the short answer here is that flippers dont often replace windows here ( double pane windows help with noise, and security, but dont usually do much for energy savings) buyers & tenants dont really care about windows, or if they do, they wont pay extra for new windows..

If you were just straight-up asking people to be your Mentor, that's probably why you heard crickets.

That's actually what the original poster asked...has anyone ever done a deal with MorrisInvest and there were crickets or investors who decided not to deal with them for one reason or another.  

I recently coached wrestling at Northland High School for 9 years and I'd really like to invest in the area.I too get the text messages about selling my home but when I reply letting them know if be interested in deals that might not work for them I get crickets.
