As for furnishings, I like to see at least a slight difference in the decor otherwise when you put up both listings it can be confusing to travelers because they think they're looking at two separate listings for the same unit.

Do Something bias: People confuse activity with results all the time.

The confusion is most people are talking about a 5 year ballon on a 25 year amort period.  

I agree that he seems confused in his videos. 

Regulations are both the best and worst part of investing in CO - best because they are confusing, which gets rid of large Wall Street investors and keeps competition lower and profits higher.
