Brandon Turner was a big proponent of "no money down" (which, in his defense, did not ever mean no money at all) and i think the market changes in the last 5 years still have not been internalized. 

Legally you can claim estoppel and latches as a defense as they let it go on for so many years and you relied on it when buying. 

Ask them to explain how you're supposed to have a warranty w/o them giving you the receipt.3) Labor Charges: should be defined in your PM contract OR they should present a bid for your approval with labor & materials.Now a couple of thoughts in the PMC's defense:1) If you didn't get a receipt, how did you match the exact same model at Lowe's, so the price of $530 is apples-to-apples?

But again afraid to call them out for getting sued.What’s interesting in some of the recent posts is the “cut and paste” response from the sponsor actually looks worse for the sponsor.Just goes to show how big a POS they are by threatening investors - now that’s assuming the LP is telling the truth but in some cases people who are experienced syndicators found the property was foreclosed and sold back to the lender - so curious what the sponsors defense is?

This was a 6 year old business account the never posted anything besides promoting our real estate conference. 

Attending local meetups/conferences/networking events is a GREAT way to share advice, insights, and make connections.
