A technician showing-up to install activate/install a service is not to run any new cabling or install a dish unless they are provided with a written letter from us instructing them precisely what the may affix to the property and where.A few years ago an installer for a local ISP drilled a hole in through the wall of one of our properties - in spite of the fact we had pre-installed a conduit specifically for communications cabling when we air sealed and insulated the building envelope.

romex and plastic electric boxes ...I hope this is done to code. sure you dont need conduit and metal boxes there ?

If the latter, I would also plan to separate the heat as common forced air is a conduit for pathogens, allergens, noise, cooking aromas and fire between units - tenant relations are usually better when those things are not shared.If the system is hydronic (baseboard or radiator), then the key bit of information will be whether each unit is plumbed as a separate zone from the others.

was going to glue 2" pink foam on bottom 24" of exterior block basement walls,,, then have electrician run conduit on top of that horizontally for outlets.

Now, a private lender can be introduced to you, but sounds like Shannon is speaking of investors going through a hard money lender as a conduit, which can also put them in the business......Think of a private lender as your grandmother, your co-worker at the office, maybe your CPA or attorney or a business owner you know, where these people loan money to you out of a personal relationship and who don't lend money to just anyone.

(one BP poster (Christian Morentcy) was courageous enough to use OSB stained and lacquered to look like bamboo tiles)-+/add craigslist rugs-check if you can add any insulation between floors....for industrial feel, use conduit pipes for shower/towel holders.....
