I met a young investor on BP like a few weeks ago, he's a computer science engineer from Chicago, 25 yrs old. 

We would like something that can compute CAM and taxes, etc.

Have been to Houston in 2013 and from my memory it gave me a similar profiling to Perth, WA very resource centric (mining, oil&gas) next to energy rich region and liked that the city was big yet not maddening as the NY/LA's of the world.

Went in person, was told, "we don't have a price list," but did take down the prices they have stuck on a piece of paper on the bottom of a computer screen, which were different (lower than) from the prices on a written quote from a sheet a floor rep provided.

I'd like to know what I'm getting for my money.First, I tend to look for listings on a computer and focus on the map, not the search results alongside the map.

Commercial banks like to see low leverage and they love paid for assets :)But if your W 2 and a mom and pop land lord getting your normal debt those are all computer driven formulas and there is not a big focus on balance sheet.

Maybe in the future I would just suggest having the documents digital and on a computer somewhere. 

Its both amazing the networks have the computing power and algorithms to filter each message sent. 

Bringing in 77063 is not even a comparisons, if folks think proximity to Piney Point means anything it only does if you're zoned to Memorial High School or can get in the bus route for Kinkaid. 77063 cannot and does not.
