My wife found some mid century modern chairs from Walmart but they were fabric and I’m sure they won’t hold up.  

A century, or whatever, ago I would have loved to have bought up raw land between them for probably a couple $/acre. 

I know there has been some recent lower end apartment complexes in the area that have been bought and refaced which has helped change the look of the area but there is many duplex style homes scattered on Century 21st Dr along with Ivey Rd that increase foot traffic in the area.

Also I took a look at the MF around the South Bay, the appreciation is somewhat worse than even a century-old SFR which is confusing.
