You can always take the money you would like to double to a casino and head straight for the roulette table.

Your rent money will be spent at the casino with the hopes of doubling or tripling it.

The Indian casinos in CA have killed the economy and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Infrastructure Trend: The one consistent improvement I see everytime I visit (and I do mean everytime) is that there is always a casino being built/remodeled (I imagine that this is a perpetual event)---this isn't infrastructure in my opinion.
