My sister in law and brother in law spent a combined $468,000 on attorney fees over 5 years to get divorced - their total net assets at the time they decided to divorce was just over $1 million.  

Brother I'm really sorry to hear your story, really Charissa Nappoles and Rober Mincey is the worst composition, I bet they make tons of kickbacks and don't give a **** on what they are really doing

If you have less than 20-30 rentals Quickbooks little brother Quicken is much cheaper, easier, and still overkill for such a simple task.

THE NEW FLORIDA SQUATTERS LAW WENT INTO EFFECT ON JULY 1, 2024 my Brother was successful with an adverse possession claim in CA.. he was not squatting he owned the property next door and the person who owned it died and I guess had no heirs.

My brother currently lives in Dallas and pays an arm and a leg to rent an apartment (He is married so cant house hack).

Just getting my feet wet out there over the last three years and its good to see the post and the additional feedback from some really savvy and experienced investors.Built about 10 cabins last year as I talked my ex brother in law into moving out there two years ago and getting our gc license. 

My brothers live in Indy for about 10 years so I used to go visit often.
