I apologize for anyone who falls into this category but I need to discuss this because it's a pet peeve that bothers me so much!

The mineral rights don't bother me as much as them being combined with the surface rights.

My STR has a private backyard so I am able to treat it the same as cigarettes - outside onlyCarolyn,All these properties have backyards, so I’m puzzled as to why weed smoking has become so popular, and why guests don’t even bother to go outside to smoke.

If it doesn't, don't bother sending it to me. 

Many never bother to even get their licenses.A couple additional pros and cons:1.

For small properties such as a duplex I don't bother with making sure the two delivery points are registered with the post office.

The investor doesn’t want to bother with doing the quiet title himself, he said if he does that he will just sell at market value.

Note I am not bothered by conflict; maybe even thrive with conflict.  

I would not be bothered by this issue unless they are all end of life.
