Ok, just ordered it for the kindle.

I would like to send a special thanks to Mark, and for the Kindle HDX that I won in a Giveaway that was recently held.

There's actually a book (Kindle only) written by a real estate investor from Nanaimo here.Ed - Strata fees are basically the same thing as HOA in the US. 

Sure, we all pay our utility bills but this particular envelope  was coming from a property I currently rent out in a city 4 hours away.The letter quickly explained that my previous tenant had arrears on their account and with the legislation in place in our beloved province the landlord is held responsible for any of their tenants arrears once the utility makes a reasonable attempt to recover the late payments.   

Since discovering BP, I have been listening to marathons of the podcast at work, surfing the site during lunch, and reading the beloved Rich Dad Poor Dad in the evenings.

I've been loving it so far & I have no doubt that you'll be loving it too!

Real Estate is not one of those kinds of businesses that you can do from the "classroom"...It will definitely make a man or woman out of you...I can remember what it felt like to have my "dearly beloved" convertible car repossessed and having the lender going to my PARENTS' house trying to find the car because I was so embarrassed I had hidden it...

When we got things going again, my beloved Bigger Pockets and other less important sites would take up about 45% of the screen.

I have been reading many books on the Kindle and have actually posted on an author's Facebook page about an error in two of their books.
