I am not a licensed GC but I have experience building spec homes that I could show a bank Fine paying a higher interest rate on the construction period of the loan, but would like to be more in line with traditional mortgages rates on the perm portion (although fine paying slightly higher if I avoid closing costs for a second loan)Do y’all have any recommendations on specific types of loans for this or specific banks I should talk to?

I am installing wireless, ten year lithium battery combo smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in my rentals. 

No cleaning crew is perfect, and there will be guests that move dressers to find a spec of dust and complain, thats part of the customer service business we're in.

I can only speak for myself but have been building (specs) in Chattanooga for about ten years now.  

They are a French EV battery maker. 

it seems like the potential buyer might want to have you put in some spec items that you normally do not offer to customers. 

They claim to be storing lithium batteries for power production via AI for PG&E but they claim their goal is to be the "Biggest Lithium Battery Storage Facility in the World".

These are my consideration for spec home:Any similar spec home in the neighborhood.Any newer house in the neighborhood.What is the highest price per/sqft in the neighborhood.or ask local real estate agent.
