The house isn't so "specialized" that it would turn off potential abled-bodied tenants but does have a vertical platform lift in the garage, a 60"x60" curb-less shower, a sloped front kitchen sink base, roll-under bathroom sink, elevated 21" toilet, grab bars, 36" doors throughout and a W/D hook-ups on the main level.

I'd probably pick one wall and keep it for nostalgia and paint the other walls, paint the kitchen cabinets and add lots of lighting and update the drapes with a vertical panel system mounted close to the ceiling.

Remember there is a vertical tile flange that extends about 1" up the wall behind that weep hole, and the wall waterproofing should overlap that tile flange, so any water that gets back there won't end up inside your wall regardless.
