And just a tip that you probably also know but just in case, it's really tempting to add stuff or leave stuff out but a good script is built like an airplane engine, the stuff that's in there is there for a reason and throwing extra nuts and bolts in can ruin it.

I wanted to be a commercial pilot so that passed me by.. so I had to make enough money to have kids and home and a car and learn to fly and to buy and airplane.. then I wanted a jet  well that passed me by and now I have retired from aviation but still want the jet..

my airplane partner owns about 1000 acres in roseburg Oregon.. in addition to a big mary jane grow he is going to build these tiny homes... in the city you WOULD defiantly have zoning issues to contend with. its not as easy as just hauling in a park model trailer and start renting it.. most cities would red tag them pretty quickly.

I discovered that folks could hanger their airplanes for far less money than some fields to the north.
