I know various insurance companies, gov't agencies, hospitals etc will source properties but was curious if anyone has built a list of the most prominent ones.

I WOULD NOT recommend doing something like bringing to their (Fire dept, building/ planning or any other governing agency) attention your STR rezs.

I had also been speaking with a different agent at another agency in Tulum (no affiliation) before I chose KASA, and they spoke highly of KASA when I brought them up. 

During his speech I researched his background and found out that he's a professional speaker hired by agencies to give presentations, and has no ties to RE.

Please do not discourage people from seeking legal guidance or reporting to government agencies if they feel anything was handled inappropriately.

When things go wrong the “passive investor is helpless to do anything about it; sure he can display his displeasure by emailing the “sponsor/manager”, complaining on BP or Facebook; report his frustration to a governmental agency.
