I don’t go by the “gospel” of Dave Ramsey anymore, but, he has some good nuggets here and there to take away…one of which was recently on a rant of his he called the media people who produce “fear porn.”  

Yes, the landlord has an oversight role… but I don’t see webcams as a best approach in that situation… it’s too invasive in my book.
