check to see if there is still 179 on airplanes.. and then put it in the rental fleet at a very good FBO and then use it when you want to visit your new holdings your 1031 into.. buy RV's and put them in rental fleets.most syndicated RE projects these days will have some tax benefits.. just musing here..

This would require you to visit, not necessarily live in that same city.

It may not appear this way on the surface but you are going to come out ahead by focusing on purchasing fewer but quality assets rather than becoming a door accumulator.

So if lowering the rent 8% would have filled it you would have been ahead.

In fact, getting ahead of it now while your business is small might enable you to grow faster so you're not scrambling to build these in the middle of the growth.
