First off, I am not in that business, but as a builder in a coastal area where there are many Vacation Rental properties, and having properties that would work for such a use, I have given setting up a VR a lot of thought as far as what's needed, costs, etc. because I'd like to eventually be able to keep some of our properties for that use as they're in the perfect locations.
