I will say experience is a big teacher in this industry - when I was new I didn't know sh*t about "fixing" properties.

I am a high school teacher in Colorado and I am always looking to help young people get started in real estate investing or help in any way I can.

Engineer, accountant, teacher, management and attorney are the careers most likely to produce millionaires. 

However, it's also a way to give back to the teachers/first responders and could be a good marketing tool.

Buy or inherit and hold all their lives while working the properties for income.I've seen teachers, firemen, software engineers and all sorts of people utilize both strategies successfully.

Taking time to write out a plan, instead of being handed one; self discipline as opposed to having a set of tasks done before my next check in with the "teacher." are probably equally effective if you take two people with the same level of motivation each prepared to invest the same dollar resources in their venture.

Maybe you could be more in a managerial or teacher role to others that need guidance in that specific work you have done in the past.
