That however is another topic... quasi-taboo for some.The said fees in general, being a percentage, technically should scale back some for the larger assets, and a higher % for smaller assets; if they are said to be for cost/time recovery. 2% of $100 Million is quite different that 2% of $10 Million.

I'm positive that other activities or use of our property (which we would not approve) do happen such as filming a porn video.

You might clear it with the HUD consultant beforehand, not sure if it's taboo or not and he might not want the contractor on hand.

Simply giving somebody internet access in your name is not any kind of liability for you, if that was true Starbucks would get in trouble every time somebody uses their wifi to look at child porn.

From what I've heard through the grapevine, it's taboo to give any info out on HUD homes until after closing.
