Greetings from the Sunshine State!!!

LOL I just assumed with your experience of biblical proportions, and your sharing of tablets, you've earned your stripes and the just reputation as the "ray of sunshine" so depicted in your avatar. :) I do appreciate your wisdom and presence on this site!

But, My whole family lives here and we just haven't made that move to more sunshine.

When the sun shines, {most} commercial properties will make good money with less management, but vacancies take longer to fill and you could have to carry the property, or a portion thereof, for a year or more.

Whether its real estate or stocks or commodities or whatever, you can always find the doom and gloom guys and the endless sunshine guys as well.

John, There's actually another possibility that's getting some traction down here in the sunshine state and maybe elsewhere for sure.  

Maybe now is the time to bank some of the cash, pay down bills, fix a few credit issues and otherwise make hay when the sun shines.
