I personally don't know much about it but I'm seeing a lot more of this happening in SD and have met with some owners who have been successfully doing this in Serra Mesa and other areas of SD. 

Angela,Condos can get really tricky, not just in SD, but anything that adds an HOA can really cut into the cash flow. 

I too have recently opened a SD Roth with Quest and I'm actively looking to get educated on buying discounted notes.

We didn't just change that, we flipped it on it's head because if you can do a remote CA tech job, man-alive your going to be rewarded if live in a say a rural SD town.
