Cynical and morally I have real problem with investors angling to profit from destruction of families and society.  

We live in a fast pace MOBILE society today that ever before.  

They dive deeper into niche services by providing in-depth analysis from a high-level and experienced point of view.I see your biggest obstacles as a lack of experience and background as investors and the perception that these are services your wife should already be offering as the licensed agent.Given those obstacles, what differentiates your service? 

More than anything this will exclude you personally from claim history (some of which is without merit and is the nature of the litigious society we live in). 

My perception: with more inventory, price reductions, insurance rates and taxes on a moon-shot trajectory, it's looking like the storm is on the way.

Long story short I realized there’s a lot of people in this society who have never bought a home, can’t afford one and don’t know how to.

The market/media perception of this is so skewed it boggles my mind. 

In our current litigious society it is difficult to get previous landlords (especially big box LL) to give an honest response about the quality of people applying to my units.

@Jesse Bennett, I have not, but Chris's experience aligns with my perception.  

3) Price is too high for prospect perception of property value--- Prospects are only willing to pay so much for what a property is.
