It also requires a big pile of money, unless you're a bank and can borrow the money you want to lend - lol.I think the advice from Marcus is sage.

I've run into a mom & pop storage facility and they are retired in upper 70's (age) and willing to sell, realizing they won't be around forever.

I know I’m asking you to look in a crystal ball but I figured some experts on here might have some sage advice.
