@Jonathan KretschmerStudio is in Russian Hill with direct view of Alcatraz....yes it was going for $3000 before the SIP...While I am NOT surprised that I had to come down to $2800 to fetch a tenant, I AM surprised at how many listings seem to pop up at around $2200~$2400 in that same Russian Hill area...
