I am now currently a Superhost my first Airbnb has over 50+, 5-star reviews!!! 

For the first few reservations, I would put a lot of focus on bringing in good 5-star reviews.

Without traveling far, California has ocean/beaches, mountains, skiing, hiking, desert, lakes, rock climbing, wine country, and more.

My plan is to be as knowledgeable I possible can so the deals I present are rock solid and convincing enough to get my money.

We stayed at a place called Rocking J's which was a trip all in itself.

Just this week, we've re-opened our search for a rock-star mobile app designer who will lead the charge from user experience perspective.

And apparently his buyers were just overwhelmed with the thought process ( he is a TV star so he must be smart and honest).. its the same hook all the TV flipping stars use to get people to come to their 40k work shops.. 

One of the trends you see clearly is that smaller landlords do not want to rock the boat increases, especially with good tenants. 

If you think like those gurus or think like those gurus, then you can kick rocks pretty much.Also put aside some money for appraisals, because if you don't do anything correct with a multitude of professionals, you can get sued.Plus these gurus who promise to jv on deals will screw you over.These gurus are pathological liars that need someone to publicly expose them face to face!
