So my point is that location is sometimes more important than the units and your posting did not do much to sell the location but the photos do a good job selling the units (but could benefit from better photos). Hope

Pics only show what you want to show and can hide everything else not to mention photo shop.  

The listing makes clear there are 2.5 baths. also, I'd remove the wiring lying on the floors (or at least photoshop it out).And don't forget to remove the unexploded ordnance from the backyardI'm just poking fun now, but I agree, those are terrible photos.

Photoshopped furniture.

Stage it.. find out cost for staging 1 bedroom, and livingroom,, with minimal stuff.. for photos' only.. some places can photo shop furniture in your photos.. also..I'd call my agent everyday and get this figured out,, not sure what lenght contract you signed with him but I wouldn't resign. 

They have a monthly "PhotoShop Redo" feature.

I think that add is just fine, but pictures need to be better - photoshop them just to lift up the colors.Agree with everybody about staging - little shiny things go long way.
