Basically I would not like the situation when I work with one arm of Chicago bureaucracy to pull permits while the other arm is sending bulldoggers to level my place.

In this case, the guru not only gets the student to pay for the course, but also basically builds an army of people to start feeding them deals, capital, etc, in which the leader can share in a piece of each.

Pace never mentions that he has an army of Attonerys, has his own title company and had a person that was a title company owner that mentored him all these years most likely for free lol.
