My first impression was that we can wholesale it to a land lord since it is turnkey, pristine however looks quit outdated.

They had there place and time, were handy as heck at the time, unfortunately the old books and "programs" seem to keep going like the living dead even when the content has become completely outdated. 

Outdated units.

Usual and customary usually refers to outdated but working components, such as old ducts in a house that do not support central air well for lack of returns.

I'm surprised SF doesn't have something similar where you enter the move in and move out dates and the amount of the deposit. 

As well, some of the info seemed to me, perhaps a bit outdated.

Know the house and the finishes, if its out date stage it to look modern or make some renderings of the updates.

They are outdated but it shouldn't make a huge difference.

In my experience (and I own in four different states), those reports are nice but already outdated.

However, when it comes to peak season and holiday weekends keep a close eye on your comp set and go for premium pricing for far out dates.
