The Federal Reserve has ruined the housing & many other markets for millennials!

@Zachary Busekrus  I’m a young millennial like yourself and have only  invested out of state.  

I think this would offer older millennials who are starting a family an attractive option in that they’re moving into a newer home without the commitment and lack of mobility that ownership requires.

This drives values up/  adds another obstacle for what would be millennial home buyers, which strengthens the home renting norm. 

So how would millennials like my self, approach the market with little to no money?

Appeals to tenants who are tech-savvy but not comfortable just shooting over the money on Venmo or whatever.More recently I rented to friends-of-friends who are about my age, hippie millennials like me.

The weather might scare a few people away, but the locals keep themselves insulated and well-primed when the snow and wind come in.The City is actively attempting to lure millennials from Chicago with an ad campaign that highlights the City's amenities and transportation benefits.

Weather, 5 Star living amenities, millennials, seniors, blue and white collar jobs - you name it.

So I did what we millennials do best and googled my way to an answer.I found out Home Possible loans are available for duplexes for first time home buyers.

I would bet a good number of millennials don’t know how to address a letter.
