I'm trying to use what I recall from database management, to manage my units in Microsoft Access.

I bougt lease forms from BiggerPockets and I received them in PDF and Microsoft Word formats.

Before I could afford BP Pro, I made my own spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.

Some people also start companies called Microsoft, Apple and Berkshire Hathaway and for those people, maybe that was easy.

EG Microsoft, Intel and State Farm jut to name a few.

Pretty much everything can access Microsoft.

We have a lot of friends that are in Google, Microsoft, Facebook and others also having thoughts about doing Real Estate Investing.The biggest questions we ask them is are they interested to get involved Passively or Actively.

I've been a software developer for 17 years specializing in Microsoft technologies and have my BS degree in Information Systems.  15 years ago I started learning about RE investing from a co worker that was embarking on this journey, and I read books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, Cashflow Quandrant, Total Money Makeover, How to Win Friends and Influence People, and other various "motivational/self-help books".

Please do not take offense to my humor but I saw the Microsoft for dummies 2 days ago and thought of this title.
