Build Extreme tenant loyalty (technically a month of free rent)?

After you have done 2 or 3 fundings through them, they should offer you a discount for loyalty.

You'll build trust and loyalty that way. 

By working with them right off the bat and getting them paid for a transaction, you build loyalty from them because they know you are serious and not a time waster.

@Tatiana Conta Real estate agents have loyalties (which are great) to their lenders, and they don't usally shop for what is best for the borrower. 

HBR published an interview a few years back concerning demonstrative loyalty of an instance at an international hotel in Mumbai to which employees chose to protect patrons rather than run for their own lives.

But if any issues come up, the title company's loyalty lies with the wholesaler.  

We work hard to maintain previous clients’ loyalty.

They have no loyalty, nor should they.
