I'm not sure what county you actually mean by Willamette County (assuming you meant our Willamette Valley, which is made up of several counties) but I looked into this in Clackamas county recently and the kitchen size allowed in a 600 sq ft ADU on a 5 acre lot didn't really allow for a fully functional kitchen, more of a kitchenette or maybe motor home sized appliances.

After hearing that my 90-year-old grandfather, who now relies on a motor scooter most days to get around, just returned from a trip to obtain continuing education in order to his civil engineering license active, I realized how silly the excuses we create for ourselves truly are...If he still has that kind of fire at 90, how much should I have today in my 20's!

Aircraft hangers are extremely passive .. and many are rented to very high net worth type folks who keep their car collections in them build a man cave in them.. have their million dollar motor home in them.. and of course their aircraft.I bought our hanger it was a condo project.. so we have an HOA and a ready room.. but if I look at my neighbors one is Warn winch's they have a 3 hanger set up   a Citation jet  a Beech 1900  a war bird  a L 39  single pilot jet trainer motor home car collection boats you name it..

@Ashish AcharyaGive me a shout post 4/15.Right now I generally get on BP in-between clients to de-stress a little.Not a good time to get into a debate and dive into code sections.Perhaps my most recent example was too hasty reviewing the regs right now...The "-3" reg defines structural components by reference to Treas Reg Sec 1.48-1.The term “structural components” includes such parts of a building as walls, partitions, floors, and ceilings, as well as any permanent coverings therefor such as paneling or tiling; windows and doors; all components (whether in, on, or adjacent to the building) of a central air conditioning or heating system, including motors, compressors, pipes and ducts; plumbing and plumbing fixtures, such as sinks and bathtubs; electric wiring and lighting fixtures; chimneys; stairs, escalators, and elevators, including all components thereof; sprinkler systems; fire escapes; and other components relating to the operation or maintenance of a building.We know that a building and building structures are a single unit of property.
