How ever the city is yet to draft out their own regulations in accordance with the law since it is something that just past the beginning of this year.

I tried putting this on as a short link, but it didn't work, so just pasting it instead.

Sometimes I might have a short canned response that I'll just paste into all of those kinds of emails, but rarely do I hear back.

There must be a leak somewhere but  unfortunately, the evaporator coil is just past it's 5yr warranty and we have not had another call all summer.

We had 157 banks fail just past year and 22 just in the past 2 months of 2011.

@Todd Plambeck,It's actually not wallpaper that's bad, it's the fact that do-it-yourselfers don't know how to hang it properly so it can be removed later.You don't just paste it up like The Three Stooges, though that's what most DIY-ers do.

If it's just past pets that caused the odor issues you should be good to throw a few coats of kiltz or shellac to seal and mask out odors.
