I am old, LLCs didn't exist when I was starting the fad then was subS corps.The first three houses I bought I used my shiny new SCorp.

Consider that most fatigue and medical conditions originate in diet (lack of minerals and such) Dr.

The RE bug is getting me hyped, but this is NOT a get rich quick scene (which I like, it doesn't feel like a fad). 

Marketing and building brands along with relationships is like diet and exercise. 

If you are frugal, however, the long term health costs of eating a instant Ramen rich diet, which includes both long term medical costs and quality of life considerations, make them potentially very expensive.

You need to understand any system worth using in real estate needs to hold up for decades not simply as long as the last digital fad.

Update on what I have been able to gather on this property and where it has lead me (side note: the internet is not a fad afterall (:  )NOD recorded in 2008 :Trustor Name:  T...J........Trustee Name:  Housekey Financial CorpWouldn't the trustee have taken possession of the property and foreclosed since then?  

@Adam Rudolph The key thing is real estate isn't a fad or specialty investment.
