Native English is a must and they need supervision and feedback.

I wouldn't trust their ROI figures with a 10-foot pole, unless the price is very low, which I doubt.Finally, the website has alarm bells all over:- no about us section so we know nothing about the developer;- no contact details;- no English version for the website but titles in English while everything is in Spanish; generally speaking, it looks like a bad job done by an inexperienced VA and not vetted by the owner;- how are you gonna communicate with the developer in case of problems if you don't have a phone number and they don't even speak English?

Also, my fiance's visa is moving right along and we are now looking to sell our English school.  

It is a distinctive school where 47% of students are economically disadvantaged and 50% are learning English as a second language.

***Tip*** East English Village is a great place to start looking @ that price point.Other than that little pitch on Detroit, I think you will find that there are plenty of opportunities in your price point in a lot of markets, but will all come with some risk and hard work.Good luck!
