I feel quite safe in S.F. walking around during the day and when out at night with other people (again I'm not going out to dinner in the Tenderloin, walking around in Golden Gate Park at night, etc). 

He also stated that his first mentor was Robert Kiyosaki and how he worked with him for years and went to dinners with Robert and his wife, Kim, and Robert poured his heart out to him about regretting not making moves earlier in his life after getting tipsy on wine.

Even if that included driving there or going out with your partner to dinner and talking about how the business can make more money.
