At the risk of being proven wrong, I find it hard to believe that the Department of Homeland Security is involved in investing a failed real estate investment.

Hey mate,Take Engelo Rumora away from Ohio Cashflow and you got zero value.Unless it becomes a conglomerate like REI Nation with full blown devisions and departments and where the companies longevity isn't solely dependent on a few key operators.IMO, there is not much value in a turnkey company or turnkey marketing company.Maybe the brand and client book of business but that's peanuts.Just my opinion. 

Their customer service department is very responsive.When selling a service as taking care of everything and handling the complete process, this includes all forms, liabilities and considerations for that particular need.

When the State Department tells them to not travel to Colima or Guerrero, you don't do it.

If the property is in an LLC I look up that LLC in the Department of State website which has a service address.

In fact, a common colleague of Chris and mine worked with them for a few years but departed once he learned of the issues outlined above.

Departments like Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Veterans Affairs, and the IRS are just a few of the resources you can use to find foreclosed properties.

Lord knows there are a lot of fancy, online GP's now with beautiful websites, YouTube channels, and 10 people in their investor relations department but only 1 inexperienced guy in their acquisitions who couldn't underwrite a lemonade stand.good luck :)
