My county is Very concerned about “occupancy and overcrowding”, so they made an ordinance that says, “A group of not more than three (3) persons not related by blood or marriage living and cooking together as a single housekeeping unit.”

@Hide Harashima It does help, I have been in the hospitality biz in Hudson & Catskill for a decade, NYC before that, converted careers and excited to invest in an area I know and cooked for !

We need to revive Home Economics courses in our high schools that teach *economics* instead of cooking and sewing.

Some people cook, some do alot of take out but in general they aren't around much. 

You can brag how your Sub2 are all great grand and groovy but fact is your 1 event away from a forced liquidation event. 1 court ruling on Sub2, 1 event where lenders do look-backs and enforcement, your goose is cooked.

Some places (Cook county, Illinois, some big cities) forbid using criminal records (including felonies) over X years old, so you may not be able to deny just on a criminal record.
