Haven’t heard of this company but most of these companies prey on people who dont spend a few minutes to search online.

Or, find a rent-a-broker for a few bucks a month to be the responsible broker for your re company and both of you can work under the same license.

You are correct they handle by PM company liability I have prudential personal liability.OK, yeah, and they (Coterie) doesn't offer commercial umbrella insurance (or personal) so I was concerned you might not be covered correctly.You have a personal liability umbrella through Prudential?  

A great entry point i would say into real estate would be with a property management company.
