Virtually every country in the world now has a mixed economy, including and especially the so-called communist government in China.

I assume (with no actual data to back this up) that there will still be plenty of people that don't want to live in these massive, communist block style with granite-and-tile lipstick housing complexes. 

An out right communist?

Firstly, the prices of Chinese real estate, especially in major cities like Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai are so high that potent fears of a bubble have pushed the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) to institute capital controls to curb real estate speculation.

It's probably an act of defiance on his part, given the propaganda put out by the "liberal" media and the Communist BLM movement.

I was referring to the free world not communist nations like China :-)
