Yes I have been looking over the BP site and it seems like a lot of people encourage new comers to continue to familiarize themselves with the site content, which has been huge for changing my mind set and opening up creativity.

I just feel bad for new comers that don’t know any better and that take their advice into consideration just because they have a high number of posts.

And in all actuality, a huge number of those (as I look through my notifications) come from well intentioned folks directing those new comers to resources.Having said that, I don't care how saturated your market is...

I would also add the following1)  allow new comers a chance to socialize and be well received by others often times, many new investors wether to Real Estate Investing or the general area.

Any advice for new comers?

I said that tax lien, foreclosure and other types of auctions seem interesting and are a topic I'd like to try to figure out.He said that in Denver, there is a group of investors (about 20 or 30 of them, he thinks) that have pretty much locked any new-comers completely out of that niche.When auction lists come out, they go through it and they decide which of them will get what.  

I'm truly impressed with what BP has been able to do, connecting so many professionals and up and comers and providing sooo many resources, especially in creating a place where it's so easy to ask questions.

I have always wanted to own investment producing real estate but have never been able to make my dream come reality due to life's directions.I am looking to purchase three to four unit properties and hold on to them.  

I'm no noob but am no expert either but 10 years from now I still won't give that advice so readily to an up and comer.
