Hi all. What special touches do you include in your renovations that make them stand out to renters and/or help the property appraise for more? What are some inexpensive things you've done and where do you splurge? 

It's deep in the blood, my father had the same sickness himself.But I'm not on here telling people my life is sunshine and roses when it doesn't rain and champagne and caviar when it does. 

Popped some champagne in September when I got that off my hands!

I also include a pet toy if they have one, small bottle of champagne, and some snacks.

But you could do a champagne or wine bottle....
