You got your local chamber of commerce, meetup.com, local REI groups / meetings and many other resources out there...

If its a sealed combustion chamber it must be this model and the blower pressurizes the chamber.

That might be an option as you transition.The local Chamber of Commerce will offer a group insurance.

I just joined my local Chamber of Commerce and attended a Meet 'n Greet breakfast.

A fellow member of the local Chamber of Commerce handles investment property loans and refi's.

If you join and attend the chamber of commerce or building planning meetings and organizations you can get a sneak peak into where the next areas of future growth will happen.

My uncle just did a flip on Chambers.... no issues- but it was bigger, parking, yard, etc.

Government run economic agencies, The Chamber of Commerce, heavily experienced Realtors in that area, current Housing Associations, heavily involved Banks involved in the local financing may all be successful at helping you to find the right information you need that will help you decide on to what to do.  

Go to networking events, get on meetup.com, go to Real Estate Investment Association (REIA) meetings, go to chamber of commerce meetings, and even go to national real estate networking events and seminars.
