I wonder if there are any local organizations (Catholic Charities, Barret House, etc...) that would be interested in securing the property?   

I actually did not grow up in a rough area; however, while in college (predom white private catholic institution) the school INSISTED that we stay out of the area above the school.

I believe this formula is a winner, but you know what - life is dynamic, if i see it doesn't work as well, then I can change it - yes, I also put exist terms in it, for both sides. it's not a Catholic marriage...

The only time I have seen it is when the local Catholic church was wanting to liquidate some assets and keep the revenue local. 

Those of you that know me, or listened to that podcast have realized the most I ever made gross income, before taxes in San Diego  was about $80,000 combined family income as a lowly paid Catholic School teacher.  

Especially when they had the money to send their kids to a private Catholic school that I can't even *begin* to consider. 

This year is Catholic Charities of Madison County.It's a win for everyone.

As a Catholic School Teacher of PE and Reading, we work on virtues every week, like honesty, integrity, honor, and respect and if I lost other people's money, that would kill me. 

They’re all large Catholic Churches so I don’t know how expensive it would be to repurpose them.
