Not to mention one factions constant talk about "pay your fair share", well ok, that's an easy way we get there, the person buying cans of tuna pay pennies and those buying tins of caviar are paying tens of dollars per, that is a common sense SIMPLE "fair" allocation. 

But Granite also takes me back to late 90's/early 2000 designs with the brown or black, highly flecked, granite that feels old.  

Often time at turnover we pull out the filter it looks black so obviously it was never changed for at least 6 months.

What I also enjoy is when people put out articles with contradicting view points and in six months or a year point to the - "see how correct i was", well yeah you placed bets on both red, black and green so you were going to be correct because you bet on all options.

From a black and white standpoint, I read it as being a month-to-month tenant since the lease makes no logical sense.

They went up on the second floor and one of the rooms had the windows painted black over the glass.

It's a 2 bed 1 bath ~900 sq/ft condo and the entire thing is painted black & dark blue right now. 

I firmly believe many things in life belong on a spectrum of "Least to Most" rather than thinking of things strictly in terms of black and white, right vs wrong. 

We’re considering painting it black to create contrast and a more modern look.

It's a very different relationship overall and more "gray" with W2 than "black and white" with subs.
