If you are looking to build connections specifically in the DFW metroplex I have been hosting a monthly meetup for the past 3 or so years, id love to connect and get you some more info! 

During the entirety of 2021, I hosted monthly meetups in Fairview Heights, IL (just outsde of Belleville) that brought in real estate investors from the metro east.

i also help with the set up, hosting and finding cleaners  I make it a one stop shop and the process makes it seamless and a sure thing with making money and keeping costs down.  

I have supplemental insurance so I am of the mindset that they should get rid of this bogus insurance and lower my host fees..

I run multiple properties in B or C area and I maintain super host status every quarter.

I'm not sure if I want to do co-hosting though. 

I am primarily hosting traveling medical personnel because there is a lot of demand for these professionals in our area and because my units are suited to their needs.

I always remember that rockstars know rockstars, so find someone who is a mover and shaker - likely a meetup host - and then ask them who they know.The people doing 100 flips are super busy, so I've also found the best person to find is someone who is a step or two ahead of me...so maybe for you, that is someone doing 2-3 flips a year. 

I host a group for midterm rental operators and I had 2 people in last week's meeting essentially say the same thing.
