It's a 2 bed 1.5 bath ranch right next to a major hospital in one of the safest parts of the city, though, so all the inquiries have been from nurses.

My question is, could the city be responsible for this situation?

Out here in Texas, everyone is looking for land to escape the city.

New Jersey is not a horrible state for investing it is more so certain towns and cities that give NJ a very bad name. 

Based out of Salt Lake City and looking to do multi-state investments in real estate by flipping or renting.
